Our cottage has three bedrooms, 2 baths and a screened in porch which is large, open and airy.
One bedroom
has a queen bed with a large picture window that has an awning to protect
from the mid-day heat.
One bedroom has a queen bed and two large windows that open.
One bedroom has a bunk bed and a twin bed.
In the front room there is a twin bed (not private).
On the screened in porch there is a queen pull-out bed (may not
be suitable for all weather).
There is a large, open kitchen with two overhead fans.
An additional small detached recently renovated guest house is available that has a washer and dryer (cold water only), a queen bed (brand new), closet and a bathroom. There is a charge of $150 to have access to the guest house.
There is an automatic drip coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave oven and plenty of plates, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans. There is a charcoal BBQ, several beach chairs and books and games.
There is a key to the elevator to the beach.
We do not allow
pets or smoking in the cottage.
The rental fee is $985. per week which includes a professional cleaning
service before and after use. There is a one week minimum.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due in order to hold a reservation.
The balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to the reservation week.
The cottage is available May, June, July (up until the last week) and
mid August through Sept.
You will need to bring your own towels and linen. You will need to bring a cell phone for phone service.
