*Brand new pine ceilings, skylights, ceiling fans, new paint, dishwasher, and many other upgrades!
Our cottage has three
bedrooms, 2 baths and a screened in porch which is large, open and airy. There is a wonderful outdoor shower, in addition to the indoor one.
One bedroom
has a queen bed with a large picture window and a door to the back deck.
One bedroom has a queen bed and two large windows that open.
One bedroom has a bunk bed and a twin bed.
In the front room there is a futon (not private).
On the screened in porch there is a queen pull-out bed (may not
be suitable for all weather).
There is a large, open kitchen with overhead fans.
An additional small detached guest house is available that has a washer and dryer (cold water only), a queen bed, closet and a bathroom. There is a charge of $150 to have access to the guest house, plus $30 cleaning fee.
There is an automatic drip coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave oven and plenty of plates, cups, wine glasses, pots and pans. There is a charcoal BBQ, several beach chairs and books and games.
There is a key (FOB) to the elevator to the beach.
We do not allow
pets or smoking in the cottage.
The rental fee is $1450. per week plus a $95. professional cleaning
fee. There is a one week minimum.
A non-refundable deposit of $700. is due in order to hold a reservation.
The balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to the reservation week.
The cottage can be rented May through September, based on availability.
You will need to
bring your own towels and linen. You will need to bring a cell phone for
phone service.
